Agentic AI Engineer (Python)

As an Agentic AI Engineer, you will join our elite consulting practice to design and deploy the next generation of intelligent workflows that redefine operational efficiency.

• Agentic Systems Architecture: Consult with clients to design and implement single- and multi-agent systems that operate autonomously or through sophisticated human-in-the-loop workflows.

• Strategic AI Delivery: Transform raw Generative AI models into goal-oriented agents capable of executing complex business processes with minimal intervention.

• Knowledge Engineering: Lead the development of advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and function-calling architectures to ground agents in real-world data and actions.

• Technical Risk Management: Navigate the complexities of autonomous AI, ensuring reliability, safety, and alignment with client-specific business logic and Swiss regulatory standards.

GenAI Collaboration: Partner with GenAI product teams and stakeholders to iterate rapidly, moving projects from proof-of-concept to global, containerized production environments.

• Experience: 2+ years specifically in AI/ML engineering with a total of 5+ years in professional software engineering (Python-centric).

• Framework Mastery: Proficiency in the leading agentic ecosystems, including LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI.

• AI Core Expertise: Deep knowledge of LLM reasoning patterns, advanced prompt engineering, and the integration of Vector Databases such as Pinecone or Milvus.

• Infrastructure Acumen: Hands-on experience deploying AI agents in containerized cloud environments (Docker/Kubernetes).
