As a Data Analyst in our consulting practice, you will go beyond generating reports—you will help diverse clients in Finance, Pharma, MedTech, and the Public Sector navigate complex market landscapes by turning raw data into high-stakes business strategy.
Strategic Consulting: Act as a data advisor, translating complex technical findings into clear, persuasive "data stories" for non-technical executive stakeholders.
Business Intelligence Execution: Lead the design and deployment of interactive dashboards (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker) that drive real-time decision-making.
Experimentation & Growth: Support A/B testing and experimentation frameworks to validate business hypotheses and optimize project outcomes.
Risk & Opportunity Mapping: Apply deep critical thinking to move beyond surface-level patterns, identifying hidden business risks and growth opportunities for our clients.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Data Engineers and Project Managers to ensure data integrity and the delivery of reproducible, high-quality analytical workflows.
Experience: 2–5 years in Data Analytics, with a strong preference for experience within the Swiss Financial or Pharmaceutical sectors.
Technical Mastery: Expert-level SQL (complex joins, window functions) and proficiency in Python or R for statistical forecasting and data wrangling.
Visualization Expertise: Proven mastery of Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker to create sophisticated, user-centric analytical tools.
Analytical Thinking: A proactive problem-solver with a high degree of emotional intelligence, capable of thriving in fast-paced, multicultural consulting environments.
Communication: Exceptional professional communication skills; the ability to bridge the gap between technical data and business logic is essential.
