As an Agile Coach within our consulting practice, you will be a strategic change agent, moving beyond team-level coaching to shape the delivery DNA of diverse industries including Finance, Pharma, Manufacturing, and the Public Sector.
Enterprise Transformation: Lead large-scale Agile transitions and "mega-projects," customizing frameworks to drive measurable business value across multi-million dollar portfolios.
Strategic Coaching: Act as a high-level advisor to C-suite executives and senior stakeholders, coaching them on Agile mindset, Lean investment strategies, and portfolio visibility.
Value Stream Leadership: Execute Value Stream Mapping and Lean Portfolio Management to optimize resource allocation and manage critical pivot-vs-persevere trade-offs.
Technical Agility Advocacy: Partner with technical leaders to integrate DevOps mindsets, CI/CD workflows, and architectural runways, ensuring agility is supported by technical excellence.
Cultural Stewardship: Apply organizational psychology to navigate "change fatigue" and establish a culture of psychological safety and continuous improvement.
Experience: 8+ years in IT Project Management, with at least 5 years specifically dedicated to Agile Coachingat the program or portfolio level.
Scaling Mastery: Expert knowledge of scaling models such as SAFe, LeSS, or Spotify, with a proven track record of customized implementation.
Metric-Driven Approach: Proficiency in Jira Align or Azure DevOps to track "North Star" metrics (Cycle Time, Throughput, Net Promoter Score).
Soft Skills & Gravitas: Exceptional executive influence and high emotional intelligence (EQ) to lead complex, multicultural organizations through structural shifts.
Communication: Masterful professional communication; fluent English is mandatory, while German or French is a major asset for the Swiss market.
