Test Manager

As a Test Manager within our consulting practice, you will be the final authority on project readiness, overseeing quality assurance across a diversified industrial landscapeincluding Government, Finance, Pharma, and Energy.

• Strategic Quality Leadership: Architect and execute comprehensive test strategies and risk mitigation plans for large-scale, high-visibility projects.

• Compliance & Financial Stewardship: Ensure all testing activities meet the rigorous regulatory standards of high-compliance sectors while managing testing budgets and resource capacity.

• Consultative Oversight: Act as a key advisor to stakeholders and the C-suite, defining and tracking KPIs to provide transparent, data-driven reports on product readiness.

• Team Coaching & Mentorship: Lead and inspire multidisciplinary QA teams (50+ members across workstreams), fostering a culture of excellence and "Shift-Left" testing mentalities.

Negotiation & Influence: Work closely with Project Managers and business leads to align testing goals with broader organizational objectives and influence delivery timelines based on quality data.

• Experience: 8+ years in software testing, with a minimum of 3 years in a dedicated leadership or resource management role.
• Domain Expertise: Proven track record in high-compliance sectors (Gov, Finance, or Pharma) managing complex, global project quality.
• Metric Mastery: Expert ability to define, capture, and communicate quality metrics that drive executive decision-making.
• Soft Skills & Gravitas: Exceptional negotiation skills and the high emotional intelligence required to motivate teams and navigate corporate politics under pressure.
• Communication: Masterful professional communication in English; a strong command of German or Frenchis essential for navigating Swiss regulatory and governmental environments.
