As a Scrum Master in our consulting practice, you will be more than a facilitator—you will be a strategic leader driving operational excellence across a diversified industrial landscape, including Finance, Pharma, MedTech, and the Public Sector.

• Project Execution Leadership: Lead complex Agile projects from initial concept through to final delivery, ensuring the team remains focused on high-impact business outcomes.
• Consultative Facilitation: Act as a neutral arbiter and coach, navigating team friction and stakeholder interests to maintain positive momentum and velocity.
• Operational Health: Manage resource allocation, capacity planning, and sprint-level budget tracking to ensure project viability and financial health.
• Technical Roadblocking: Use your technical acumen to "speak the language" of developers and architects, identifying and neutralizing roadblocks before they impact the sprint.
• Stakeholder Value Translation: Act as the bridge between technical execution and business value, translating sprint progress into clear, actionable updates for executive stakeholders.

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in IT project management or engineering leadership roles, with a proven track record in end-to-end delivery.

• Framework Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, with the situational awareness to adapt frameworks to meet unique client needs.

• Business & Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of project financials, including the ability to manage actuals vs. projections and navigate scope trade-offs.

• Tooling Excellence: Power-user proficiency in Jira (for granular tracking/reporting) and Microsoft Project (for high-level strategic roadmapping).
