Project Manager

As a Project Manager within our consulting practice, you will be the strategic architect of delivery, managing multi-million dollar portfolios across a diversified industrial landscape including Finance, Pharma, Logistics, and the Public Sector.

• Strategic Execution: Lead large-scale, cross-functional IT projects from initial discovery through to global deployment, ensuring "Swiss precision" at every milestone.

• Consultative Leadership: Manage diverse teams (50+ people) and third-party vendors, acting as the primary point of contact for C-suite stakeholders and steering committees.

• Financial Stewardship: Take full ownership of project financials, managing multi-million dollar budgets, tracking actuals vs. projections, and performing rigorous cost-benefit analyses.

• Technical Risk Mitigation: Utilize high technical acumen to interface with engineers and architects, identifying roadblocks and dependencies before they impact the critical path.

Crisis Management: Navigate high-stakes conflicts and corporate politics with diplomacy, proactively steering "red" projects back to "green" status.

• Experience: 8+ years of IT Project Management experience leading high-visibility, high-budget global initiatives.
• Methodological Mastery: Expert command of PMP/PRINCE2 integrated with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall-Hybrid models.
• Resource Optimization: Proven track record in global resource allocation, capacity planning, and managing complex internal/external dependencies.
• Tooling Excellence: Power-user proficiency in Microsoft Project, Jira, and enterprise-level portfolio management software.
• Executive Presence: Exceptional communication skills with the emotional intelligence (EQ) to lead through influence and build trust across multidisciplinary departments.
• Adaptability: A proactive problem-solver comfortable in multicultural environments; fluent English is mandatory, while German or French is a significant asset.
