Project Execution & Architecture: Lead the end-to-end development of high-traffic web applications (users), ensuring scalability and seamless performance.
Consultative Engineering: Act as a strategic advisor to clients, guiding them through the migration of monolithic architectures to modern, containerized microservices.
Full-Stack Leadership: Bridge the gap between sophisticated UI/UX requirements and robust backend logic, maintaining high code quality and architectural integrity.
DevOps Integration: Automate and optimize CI/CD pipelines and manage containerization strategies using Docker and Kubernetes within AWS, Azure, or GCP environments.
Technical Mentorship: Advocate for best practices in multidisciplinary Agile teams and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of engineering
Experience: 3–8 years of hands-on professional experience in end-to-end software development with a proven track record in high-scale environments.
Frontend Mastery: Expert knowledge of modern component-based architectures using React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
Backend Expertise: Senior-level proficiency in Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), or Java (Spring Boot).
Database & Cloud: Strong command of PostgreSQL and MongoDB, paired with deep experience in cloud services and infrastructure-as-code.
Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the emotional intelligence required to collaborate effectively in multicultural, fast-paced consulting settings.
Communication: Professional fluency in English is essential; proficiency in German or French is a significant competitive advantage in the Swiss market.
